1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes how Kohom Organics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website or mobile platforms (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods, new launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may be extended; however, we always work to ship as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery depends on your PIN code, courier availability, and regional logistics.

Standard Delivery (India): 5–10 business days

Metros typically receive orders faster; remote locations may take additional time.
These timelines are estimates. External factors (weather, strikes, courier delays, natural disruptions) may impact delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification containing:

Tracking ID

Courier partner name

Tracking link
You may also track orders directly through your Kohom Organics account.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during campaigns, over certain cart values, or to specific locations.
6. Delivery Attempts & RTO
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect/insufficient address

Refusal to accept
-
Unreachable phone number
the package may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
For prepaid orders:

Refund will be issued after deducting two-way courier charges, if applicable.
For COD orders:

Frequent refusals/non-acceptance may lead to blocking COD for that user.
7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD is available for select PIN codes only.

COD orders may include a minimal handling fee (if applicable, displayed at checkout).

Please keep exact change ready at delivery.

Repeated refusals may result in disabling COD for future orders.
8. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
If your order arrives:

Wrong product received
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Package images (outer box + inner products)

Unboxing video (preferred and required by most courier partners)
We will investigate and arrange a replacement, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
9. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, redirecting a package may not be possible.
